DKI Jakarta Terima 17 Sertifikat Aset Tanah

City Receives 17 Land Use Rights Certificates

Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning or previously called by National Land Agency (BPN) has submitted 17 land use rights certificates to Jakarta Provincial Government. This is a part of central government's certification acceleration program.

The certification was submitted directly by President of Indonesia, Joko Widodo, at HBKB event on Jl. MH. Thamrin, Central Jakarta, Sunday (8/20).

BPN Asked to Help Seribu Islands Residents Land Certification

Meanwhile, Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning Minister, Sofyan Djalil added, two of 17 certificates given are Right-to-manage for Island in Block C and D. Besides, there is also land use rights certificate for BMW Park and Pulo Mas.

"There are 85 percent of land have been certificated this year. The remaining will be done next year. If not 100 percent, at least 95 percent must be done," he expressed.

He continues, certificates making can take a lot of time due to land disputes and land measurement expert availability. "We will finish road and park in Jakarta which is not certificated yet next year," he closed.

In Jakarta, there are 15 land use rights certificates and 2 island management rights certificates. In this chance, his side also symbolically handed over certificates for about 7,500 citizens in Jabodetabek.
